The Truth About Altars: What You Must Know Before Seeking Help From certain places (PART 1)

When life gets tough, it’s natural to seek help — whether it’s for health, finances, relationships, or personal breakthroughs. But have you ever stopped to think about where exactly that help is coming from? The truth is, every place where people seek spiritual or supernatural help is connected to an altar. These altars may be Godly or satanic, and both operate according to specific spiritual principles. Understanding this can protect you from unintended consequences that might cost you your destiny.

What Is an Altar?

An altar is a spiritual platform — a place or object set aside for worship, sacrifice, or a covenant between the spiritual realm and humans. In many traditions, altars serve as meeting points between the physical and spiritual worlds. While altars are often associated with religious worship, their spiritual significance is much broader.

Godly Altars vs. Satanic Altars

Godly Altars: These altars are established to worship the Creator, receive blessings, and seek divine guidance. They promote peace, growth, healing, and destiny fulfillment.

Satanic Altars: These are tied to occult practices, witchcraft, or spiritual manipulation. They often require sacrifices or agreements that bind a person spiritually, leading to curses, delays, or loss of purpose.

NB: Both types of altars operate on spiritual laws — you reap what you sow. So, where you direct your worship and allegiance matters deeply.

Why You Must Investigate the Mystery Behind the Altar

Many people unknowingly approach satanic altars for help because the temporary benefits look appealing—quick money, easy healing, or instant favor. However, these “shortcuts” come at a great cost. You may open spiritual doors that expose you to curses, delays, or even loss of your God-given destiny.

One of the most heartbreaking realities is that some people have sold their destiny over something as simple as a bowl of soup, a token, or a promise of immediate help. They exchange long-term blessings for short-term relief, unaware of the spiritual traps involved.

How to Protect Yourself

Discern the Source:

Before accepting help from any spiritual place, ask about the nature of the altar and the principles behind it. Is it connected to God’s promises or hidden in occult practices?

Seek Godly Guidance:

Always seek help through prayer, scripture, and trusted spiritual leaders who align with biblical truths.

Be Patient:

Remember that God’s timing is perfect. Temporary solutions that seem fast and easy may cost you dearly in the long run.

Guard Your Destiny:

Your life and calling are precious. Don’t make deals that could block your blessings or lead to spiritual bondage.

Final Thoughts

The spiritual world is real, and altars are powerful spiritual gateways. Knowing the truth about altars helps you make wise decisions and avoid spiritual pitfalls. Before you seek help anywhere, uncover the mystery behind the altar to ensure you’re opening doors to blessing—not to loss.

Your destiny matters — protect it fiercely!

God reveals in order to redeem

The enemy you know is less persuasive than the enemy you don’t know. In most cases, God displays himself to us in dreams or in visions. So whenever God discloses it to you. He is warning you to take a step and to act upon what he revealed. One thing you should perceive is that your enemy is not your neighbor, sister, colleagues, etc. We only have one enemy, which is the devil. Satan is very manipulative and if you aren’t prayerful enough, you’ll end up falling in to his traps. The day you’ll understand, you’ll avoid despising them.

Warning from God: Take your calling very seriously!!!

Imagine the consequences if Jesus Christ had not embraced the mission on earth that he was given by the father (John 6:38). Imagine what could have happened to millions of souls. Consider what could have happened to the Israelites if Moses had never taken his calling seriously when God called him to deliver the Israelites from Egypt (Exodus 3:10).  God has invested something in you, and it takes you to pray and discover what he has invested in you. Some of you God gave you the anointing of healing, but you aren’t even aware. Millions of souls are lost out there, and this situation requires you and me to take our calling very seriously. So many people are dying in hospitals from cancer, diabetes, and other diseases, while you are ignoring doing the will of the father, and you expect things to go well with you. Certainly, not everyone is destined for the same path, as God has assigned us various missions and duties. The key here is to discover your true identity. When you don't take ...

Wait upon the LORD

Life resembles a route. Additionally, there will be stop signs and speed limit or increase signs along the route! I chose to use this analogy because there are times in life when all you have to do is wait on the Almighty. And just get more prayer done when you feel like a situation has triumphed over you. Simply put on the gear and switch it out. There are moments when we may feel as though the Lord is not seeing us, hearing us, or responding to our prayers. We can place all of our faith and belief in the living God at these times. Knowing that the Lord is with us and in charge of our lives allows us to wait on Him with great anticipation. He is going to fulfill his promise. He is going to save us. Even when we are not aware of Him, He is constantly at work for our good (Romans 8:28). Waiting on the Lord is something we can learn through prayer, seeking, active trusting, patience, and courage. When we wait on the Lord, we confidently anticipate a favorable outcome, for which we ...
