Jesus Is Calling Us to Repent

In a world filled with distractions, confusion, and chaos, the voice of Jesus continues to call out—softly but clearly: "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near" (Matthew 4:17). This call is not just for a select few; it is for all humanity. It is a call of love, urgency, and eternal significance.

Time Is Not Promised

We delay change, postpone forgiveness, and make excuses for our spiritual apathy. But the truth is, none of us are promised tomorrow. Life is fragile. The news headlines, rising violence, natural disasters, and growing moral decay all echo a sobering truth: we are living in the last days.

Jesus warned that in the end times, there would be signs—earthquakes, famines, wars, and the love of many growing cold (Matthew 24). We see these signs unfolding before our eyes. They're not meant to scare us, but to awaken us.

The Urgent Call to Repentance

Repentance isn’t just about feeling guilty. It’s about recognizing that we have strayed from God’s perfect path and choosing to turn back. It’s a change of heart and mind that leads to a change in behavior. Jesus is not calling us to religion or rituals—He’s calling us into a relationship.

He offers forgiveness, healing, and a new beginning. But the offer isn’t open forever. The door of grace is open now, but one day it will close. Just like in the days of Noah, people laughed and mocked until the rain came—and then it was too late.

“Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts” (Hebrews 3:15).

A Message of Love and Hope

This message is not one of condemnation—it’s one of hope. Jesus came not to condemn the world, but to save it (John 3:17). His death on the cross was the greatest act of love ever demonstrated. And His resurrection is the greatest promise that new life is possible for anyone who believes.

No matter what your past looks like, you can start over. No matter how far you've drifted, you can come back. The grace of God reaches deeper than your deepest failure.

What Should We Do Now?

Turn away from sin – Let go of anything that separates you from God.

Seek Jesus daily – Through prayer, reading the Bible, and fellowship with other believers.

Share the message – Someone else needs to know that Jesus is calling them too.

Live ready – Jesus said He would come like a thief in the night. We must live in expectation.

The time we think we have is not guaranteed. The clock is ticking, and Jesus is coming back—soon. We don't need to live in fear, but we must live prepared. His return is not the end for those who follow Him—it’s just the beginning of eternal life with our Savior.

A Simple Prayer of Repentance

If you feel Jesus calling you today, don’t delay. You can come to Him just as you are. Pray this prayer from your heart:

"Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a humble heart, I acknowledge that I have sinned and gone my own way. I am truly sorry for all I have done that grieved Your heart.

Today, I choose to turn away from my past life and follow You. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died for my sins, and that He rose again to give me eternal life.

Forgive me, Lord. Cleanse me. Renew my heart. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and guide me in Your truth as I surrender my life to You now and forever.

Thank You for saving me. Thank You for loving me, even when I didn’t deserve it. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen."

God reveals in order to redeem

The enemy you know is less persuasive than the enemy you don’t know. In most cases, God displays himself to us in dreams or in visions. So whenever God discloses it to you. He is warning you to take a step and to act upon what he revealed. One thing you should perceive is that your enemy is not your neighbor, sister, colleagues, etc. We only have one enemy, which is the devil. Satan is very manipulative and if you aren’t prayerful enough, you’ll end up falling in to his traps. The day you’ll understand, you’ll avoid despising them.

Why You Find It Difficult to Recover Your Destiny

Have you ever felt like something precious was stolen from you—your purpose, your dreams, or even your sense of direction in life? Many people go through seasons where they feel lost, stuck, or unable to step into the future they desire. If you’ve been struggling to recover your destiny, there are often deeper reasons behind it. Let’s explore some spiritual and practical factors that might be making it hard for you to walk in your true calling, especially looking at the role of covenants and agreements. 1. Unresolved Spiritual Covenants and Agreements One major reason people struggle to recover their destiny is because of unseen spiritual agreements or covenants, knowingly or unknowingly entered into. These can include: Family covenants: Sometimes ancestors made pacts for protection, wealth, or power that now affect future generations. Personal agreements: Visiting spiritual practitioners, taking part in certain rituals, or even careless words (“I’ll never succeed”) can create spiritu...

Wait upon the LORD

Life resembles a route. Additionally, there will be stop signs and speed limit or increase signs along the route! I chose to use this analogy because there are times in life when all you have to do is wait on the Almighty. And just get more prayer done when you feel like a situation has triumphed over you. Simply put on the gear and switch it out. There are moments when we may feel as though the Lord is not seeing us, hearing us, or responding to our prayers. We can place all of our faith and belief in the living God at these times. Knowing that the Lord is with us and in charge of our lives allows us to wait on Him with great anticipation. He is going to fulfill his promise. He is going to save us. Even when we are not aware of Him, He is constantly at work for our good (Romans 8:28). Waiting on the Lord is something we can learn through prayer, seeking, active trusting, patience, and courage. When we wait on the Lord, we confidently anticipate a favorable outcome, for which we ...
